Ok, now i’m going to pitch in with my own advice regarding depression and anxiety as that’s what i am currently living with and have experience with. I generally find depression harder to live with than anxiety but both are hard to live with, but when depression comes around my ability to deal with it at the time depends on what exactly i am doing and usually, it is true that the busier you are the more you may forget about it but this doesn’t always work and i wouldn’t completely rely on this method for solving your depression. The thing with depression is that there isn’t one simple answer and as i always tend to say it depends on the person, their life, their situation and how they also deal with problems and life in general so me and you are probably different. But like i also say and have heard, we feel the same but for different reasons and it’s those reasons and how we deal with things that make the difference. Anxiety to me at least is about stress, pressure, worrying and overthinking and how to manage things when we are anxious, but again this differs from person to person and we each have to somewhat find our own way of dealing with things, however, if someone suggests a method to help with either of these problems and it works then that’s a great example of why we are not alone.
I hope this helped you in some way shape or form, let me know using the information and email for below if you have any questions, comments ect.
